About Me
About me:
I am a husband, father, veteran, and data scientist. I value the blessings I have had in my life. After serving 7 years in the United States Marine Corps I went back to school to earn a bachelors in business finance with a minor in economics. While studying full time I worked full time and managed family life with a new born child. I graduated with a 3.88 cumulative GPA and was accepted to Columbia University’s Masters of Science in Applied Analytics Program. I graduated August 2018 where I was hired as a data scientist at Accenture in their Applied Intelligence practice. I started teaching as an Associate Professor at Columbia University in the Applied Analytics program fall 2019. I have had many hobbies and interests in my life, but I now count myself as a life long learner. My blog on this sight is a place for me to share my work, lessons learned, and valuable insights that might help other professionals. Follow me on Linked-In or my other social media sites if you like my work or want to connect.
